Chartbuddy is partnering with Point05. Gigi, their analytics agent in Slack, Teams and WhatsApp, now returns PowerPoint and Google Slides decks where every chart is a live Chartbuddy chart.
Chartbuddy is partnering with Point05, the team behind Gigi, their newly launched conversational analytics agent that works inside Slack, Teams and WhatsApp.
Most analytics conversations start in Slack, Teams or WhatsApp. Someone asks how last month went, someone pulls the numbers, and then the answer gets rebuilt by hand for the deck that goes to the board or the client. There should be a better way.
Ask Gigi a question in Slack, Teams or WhatsApp. When the answer is worth sharing, ask for a deck. Gigi returns a PowerPoint or Google Slides file built around that answer, and every chart in it is a real Chartbuddy chart.
That means you open it in Chartbuddy's native editor and keep working: change the chart type, restyle it to your brand, fix a label, adjust the series. No screenshots to redo, no pasting numbers into a new chart, no separate export step.
Gigi talks to Chartbuddy through our remote MCP server. Chart creation is a tool call, so Gigi does not have to imitate a charting library or ship its own. It asks for the chart it needs and gets back something you can edit in PowerPoint or Google Slides.
We think a growing share of analytics is going to happen in conversation. People will ask a question in the tool they already have open, and the chart, the slide and the deck will be an outcome of that conversation rather than a separate afternoon of work.
That points to something Chartbuddy has to be two things at once. It stays a set of native editors for the people who build decks by hand. It also becomes an agentic tool that any capable agent can call: same charts, same editors, same output, whether a person started the work or an agent did.
Point05 is the first partner to ship this end to end, and Gigi is a good demonstration of what the pattern looks like in practice.
