Below is the current list of subprocessors Chartbuddy uses to deliver the Service.
- DigitalOcean — Infrastructure hosting (compute, networking, storage)
- Google Cloud Storage — Temporary chart image transfer for managed storage option (Europe-West4, Netherlands; approximately 2 seconds per image)
- Mollie — Payment processing
- PostHog — Website analytics (EU-hosted; consent-based)
- SMTP2GO — Email delivery
Google Workspace is not a subprocessor of Chartbuddy. When you use Google Slides integration, you maintain a direct relationship with Google under Google's terms.
Customers using bring-your-own Google Cloud Storage maintain a direct relationship with Google Cloud; those providers are not subprocessors of Chartbuddy for that deployment option.
