  • Specific Exclusions: Chartbuddy does not take responsibility for:

    • Losses which are not reasonably foreseeable by you and Chartbuddy at the time of entering into these terms;
    • Any increase in loss or damage resulting from breach by you of any of these terms and conditions.

  • Cap on Liability: To the extent permitted by law, the total liability of Chartbuddy, for any claim under these terms, including for any implied warranties, is limited to the amount you paid Chartbuddy to use the Extension during the three months prior to the event giving rise to the liability.
