Chart type
Switch to a Marimekko chart
Use the chart type control to switch the chart to Marimekko.
WatchFlip chart orientation
Left-click Horizontal bars in Orientation to flip vertical bars to horizontal.
WatchSet waterfall column type
Left-click a waterfall column and set it to Start, Contribution, or Total.
WatchSeries style
Change a series color
Left-click a legend series, open Fill, and pick a color.
WatchApply a brand color
Left-click a legend series, open Fill, and pick a color under Organization.
WatchEmphasize one segment
Left-click one point, open Fill, and recolor only that data point.
WatchChange line stroke style
Left-click a line or area series, then thicken or dash the stroke from Line Style.
WatchShow line markers
Left-click a combo or line series, then turn Markers on from the toolbar.
WatchExplode a pie slice
Left-click a pie or donut slice, then drag the explode grip outward.
WatchChange scatter point shape
Left-click a scatter point, open Shape, and pick a different marker.
WatchChange bubble size
Left-click a bubble, then drag the resize grip to grow or shrink it.

Add a chart title
Right-click the chart background and show the main title.
WatchShow column labels
Right-click the category axis and show all column labels.
WatchShow data labels
Right-click the chart background and show all data labels.
WatchShow total labels
Right-click the chart background and show all total labels.
WatchHide or show total labels
Right-click the chart background to hide all total labels, or show them again.
WatchShow or hide the legend
Right-click the chart background and show or hide the legend.
WatchReposition the legend
Left-click the legend, then drag it into clear space away from the series.
WatchReposition a data label
Left-click a crowded data label, then drag it into clear space.
WatchChange number format
Left-click a data label and pick a format from Absolute format.
WatchAdd a number prefix and postfix
Left-click a data label, then type a pattern such as $0 kg in Absolute format.

Add a text annotation
Right-click the chart background, add a text box, then drag it into clear space.
WatchAdd a difference arrow
Right-click the chart background, add a difference arrow, then drag the end to the comparison column.
WatchAdd a CAGR arrow
Right-click the chart background, add a CAGR arrow, then stretch it across the period.
WatchAdd a level line
Right-click the chart background, add a level line, then nudge it to the value you want.
WatchAdd a level arrow
Right-click the chart background, add a level arrow, then drag the free endpoint onto the column to connect.
WatchFormat an arrow
Left-click an arrow, thicken the line style, then change its color.
WatchShow a difference arrow as absolute
Left-click a difference arrow, set Display to an absolute value, then reverse the direction.
WatchAxes and layout
Put a series on a secondary axis
Left-click a combo line series and set Right axis for a secondary scale.
WatchChange axis scale and interval
Left-click the value axis, drag the interval handle, then drag the top handle to set the scale.
WatchShow chart gridlines
Right-click the chart background and show all horizontal gridlines.
WatchAdd or reposition an axis break
Right-click the chart background, add an axis break, then drag it into the tall column.
WatchFormat an axis break
Left-click an axis break, change Break Style, then set Coverage.
WatchReverse series order
Left-click a segment and switch Segment order to Reversed sheet order.
WatchHide a series
Left-click Manage Series, then turn off Visible for that series.
