Add a prefix or postfix when labels need a unit or currency mark without changing the underlying values.
Step 1: Open your chart in the editor
Open any Chartbuddy chart so the editor is active. This works the same in Hub, Embed, Google Slides, and PowerPoint.
Step 2: Left-click a data label
Left-click a data label on the chart. The formatting toolbar opens above the chart.
Step 3: Type a prefix and postfix pattern
Left-click the Absolute format field and type a pattern such as $0 kg, then press Enter. The $ is the prefix, 0 stands in for the value, and kg is the postfix. Labels update immediately.
